COVID-19 POLICY
Pineview Run has always placed safety first, and we intend to exceed the safety precautions for COVID-19. As such, there may be specific changes from time to time based on local heath and safety laws, guidance to restrict the number of people on the property, visiting hours, parking, and access to the clubhouse. Registration, and tech are encouraged online.
- This will continue to be a fluid process for all parties, and we appreciate your patience during this time. Our aim is to provide you a safe place to pursue motorsports and outdoor activities. Please note the following rules.
I. Standing Rules
1. If you have the following:
- Headache
- Fever
- Cough or congestion
- Sore throat
- Fatigue
- Aches and pains
- Known or possible exposure to COVID-19
- Please refrain from visiting Pineview
2. Practice social distancing and sanitization
We remain committed to your safety while at Pineview. We will continue to observe social distancing guidelines and request your cooperation.
- Indoors, six feet
- Outdoors, six feet encouraged
- Proper fitting masks (covering both the mouth and nose) required on the property for those who have not been vaccinated.
- Mask are required inside the club house except while seated for dinner/snacks
- Sanitize hands frequently
3. Restroom facilities, Indoor facility for members and guests are provided. Any non-vaccinated persons should wear face masks in these confined areas for your and others protection.
II. Daily Member and Guest Procedures
- Reservations - Each Member and Season Pass holder must make a Reservation for your activity before arriving.
- Make a reservation for your track activity per club procedural rules.
- Procedures- Standing procedures for social distance apply to everyone – members, staff and any guests. It is imperative we follow the rules for everyone’s safety.
- Waiver – Sign your waiver on-line prior to arrival. This can be done by phone or your PC.
- Passengers – We are currently allowing passengers at this time. All regular track safety procedures and rules are in effect. However, each person is required to have a vaccination to participate. If you have not been vaccinated, you must wear a N95 face mask to ride with a PRAC Instructor in the car and notify PRAC staff upon arrival. Please be ready to provide proof of your vaccination record upon request. This is exclusive -we need to manage risk including how we respond if you need assistance.
- Coaching/Instructors – We are allowing in-car coaching and instruction for this period until further notice. Both Student and Coach are required to have the COVID vaccination. Please be ready to provide proof of vaccination to participate. If a student has not been vaccinated, then an N95 mask must be provided and worn properly by the student.
